What to know about dry cleaning
Why delicate fabrics need dry cleaning
Wool, silk, viscose and structured tailoring react badly to water and agitation: fibres swell, linings pull and a jacket can lose the shape it was built with. Dry cleaning cleans the fabric without soaking it, which is why suits and evening wear last far longer this way.
Tell us about the stain
Coffee, oil, perfume and make-up all behave differently, and an unknown stain that has already been rubbed or heat-dried is harder to lift. Point out marks when you hand the garment over so they can be treated before the main clean.
Finishing matters as much as cleaning
Collars, cuffs, pleats and abaya sleeves are pressed by hand and returned on hangers so nothing is folded flat into new creases on the way home.

What does dry cleaning a suit cost?
A two-piece suit is AED 35 and a three-piece suit is AED 45. A single jacket or blazer is AED 20.
Do you dry clean abayas and kanduras?
Yes. Abaya is AED 18 and kandura is AED 15, both pressed and returned on hangers.
How fast can I get an evening dress back?
Standard turnaround is 24 hours. Same-day express (+50 AED, pickup before 12:00).
Can you remove an old stain?
We treat stains as part of the clean, but a mark that has set or been heat-dried may not come out completely. Show us the garment and we will tell you honestly what to expect.
