Standard turnaround is 24 hours, so bags collected on one morning are back the next.

We are inside the industrial area
Our workshop is at Complex 3A, Jebel Ali Industrial Area 1 — not across town. For accommodation blocks in Jebel Ali and JAFZA, collection is a short internal run, which is why fixed days stay fixed and an urgent extra collection is actually possible the same day when we pick up before 12:00 (+50 AED express).
Counts and missing items
Bags are counted in and out and quantities confirmed on WhatsApp after each collection, so there is a record per room or per resident.
