Restaurants send us tablecloths, napkins, aprons, chef jackets and kitchen towels. Food grease and wine stains get pre-treated before the wash, and whites come back white — a grey tablecloth on a set table is the kind of detail guests notice. Items return folded and stacked, ready for the store room.

A spa or salon burns through towels faster than any other textile: massage oil, hair dye and cosmetic stains are daily reality. We pre-treat those stains and wash towels hot enough to be hygienic, and they come back soft, dry and folded. Gyms send their towel stock on the same system — out dirty, back ready for the shelf.

Collection and delivery run daily between 08:00 and 23:00, so the pickup fits around your service times — before lunch prep, after closing, whenever the bags are ready. Standard turnaround is 24 hours; if a weekend rush empties your towel stock, same-day express is +50 AED when we collect before 12:00.

Handover is simple: your team bags the used linen and leaves it at the agreed spot — back door, storage room or reception. We count the bags, confirm quantities on WhatsApp after collection, and return everything folded and stacked so it goes straight onto the shelf. If an item is damaged in our process or goes missing, tell us within 24 hours of delivery and we resolve it with you directly.
