Hotel and resort laundry in Dubai

Housekeeping teams hand us the categories that tie up their own laundry room: bed sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases, bath and pool towels, bathrobes, staff uniforms and table linen from banqueting. Items arrive back washed, dried, pressed where needed, and folded or on hangers — ready to go straight back into circulation.

If you also need guest laundry handled, we can take that as a separate flow so it never mixes with house linen. Tell us on WhatsApp how your housekeeping department wants the bags split and we follow that system.

You choose a daily or multi-weekly collection slot between 08:00 and 23:00. Our driver collects the tagged bags at your loading bay or housekeeping store, we count and process them at the workshop, and the same bags come back on the agreed return run. Standard turnaround is 24 hours; same-day express is available for +50 AED when we collect before 12:00.

For inventory control we count bags in and out and confirm quantities on WhatsApp after each collection, so your linen keeper always knows what is in circulation and what is with us.

Our workshop sits in Jebel Ali Industrial Area 1, directly on the Sheikh Zayed Road corridor. For hotels and resorts in Dubai Marina, JBR and Palm Jumeirah that means a short, predictable drive in both directions — collections stay on schedule even during peak traffic hours, and an urgent express run is realistically same-day.

Properties in Downtown and Business Bay are on the same corridor, just further along. One route covers the whole coastal hotel belt without detours.

Tell us within 24 hours of delivery and we investigate against the collection count and the batch record. Commercial linen is heavy-duty, but if an item comes back damaged by our process or cannot be accounted for, we discuss replacement or credit directly with you — no ticket system, you talk to the people who run the workshop.

Commercial pricing depends on volume and frequency, so we quote individually rather than publishing rates.
