Holiday home and short-stay laundry in Dubai

A short-stay apartment lives and dies by the gap between one guest leaving at 11:00 and the next arriving at 15:00. The cleaner can reset the rooms in that window, but the linen cannot: a full set of sheets, duvet covers and towels for a two-bedroom apartment does not wash and dry in a domestic machine between guests. That is the part we take over.

You hand us the used set at checkout, and a clean, pressed set is back before the next check-in — or you keep a rotating stock and we simply swap dirty for clean on every visit.

The standard holiday-home load: flat and fitted sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and kitchen tea towels. Everything is washed, dried and folded, and bedding comes back pressed so beds can be made immediately. If you offer bathrobes or beach towels to guests, add them to the same bag.

Many operators also send sofa covers, throws and cushion covers on a less frequent cycle, plus curtains every few months. We can fold those into the same schedule so you manage one pickup instead of several.

Tell us your check-in and check-out times once, and we set a standing collection slot that fits them — pickup and delivery run daily between 08:00 and 23:00, so early checkouts and late check-ins are both workable. When a same-day turnaround is unavoidable, express service at +50 AED applies when we collect before 12:00.

If you manage several units, we collect from all of them in one run and return each unit's linen bagged and labelled separately, so your cleaner takes the right bag to the right apartment.

Most of Dubai's holiday-home stock sits in Dubai Marina, JBR, Palm Jumeirah, Downtown and Business Bay. Our workshop is in Jebel Ali Industrial Area 1, at the Marina end of the city — the drive to Marina and JBR is short and predictable, which is exactly what a changeover schedule needs. A missed or late laundry run means a bed that is not made at check-in; proximity is what keeps that from happening.

We count pieces in and out and confirm quantities on WhatsApp after each collection, which gives you a record when a guest damages linen and you need to document it. Makeup, sunscreen and fake-tan stains are the usual suspects in short-stay linen — flag the bag and we pre-treat those pieces. If an item is damaged in our process or goes missing, tell us within 24 hours of delivery and we resolve it with you directly.

Commercial pricing depends on volume and frequency, so we quote individually.
