Serviced apartment laundry in Dubai

Serviced apartments change linen on a rhythm — weekly for long-stay guests, at checkout for shorter stays. We set fixed collection days that match your changeover plan, so housekeeping always knows which mornings the bags go down and which deliveries come back. The used set leaves, the clean set arrives, and the floor stock stays constant.

Each apartment's linen returns bagged and labelled by unit, so distribution back to the floors takes minutes instead of a sorting session.

Once the schedule is agreed, there is nothing to book: our driver appears on the fixed days within the 08:00–23:00 window, collects, and returns on the agreed day. If occupancy spikes and you need an extra run, message us on WhatsApp — same-day express is available for +50 AED when we collect before 12:00.

The recurring load usually covers sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, towels and bath mats. Duvets, pillows and mattress protectors need washing far less often — most operators add them to the schedule monthly or quarterly, and we note those cycles alongside the weekly one so nothing is forgotten.

We count pieces in and out and confirm quantities after each collection, which keeps your linen inventory honest without your team counting twice. If an item comes back damaged by our process or cannot be accounted for, tell us within 24 hours of delivery and we settle it with you directly.

Our workshop is in Jebel Ali Industrial Area 1, on the corridor that serves Dubai Marina, JBR and Palm Jumeirah — where much of Dubai's serviced apartment stock sits.
