Rugs and carpets can go in the same pickup – see carpet cleaning.
Laundry for Palm Jumeirah apartments and villas
Apartment households on the Palm usually send the weekly load as wash & fold at AED 8 per kilo – washed, dried and folded, ready for the wardrobe. Bedding and towels often go in the same bag: a single bed sheet is AED 15, a bath towel AED 10 and a duvet AED 55. Office clothes and evening wear go to dry cleaning, for example a two-piece suit at AED 35 or an abaya at AED 18.
Villa households can hand over the bigger items too: curtains (sheer AED 10 and blackout AED 15 per square metre), carpets and sofas. We measure curtains and carpets at pickup and confirm the price before cleaning starts.
In a hurry? Our express service brings your order back the same day for +50 AED when we pick up before 12:00. The normal turnaround is 24 hours.
We do not have a shop on Palm Jumeirah. Your order is cleaned at our shop at Complex 3A, Jebel Ali Industrial Area 1, then brought back to you. Orders from AED 50 travel both ways for free; smaller orders carry an AED 10 fee. Pickups run every day from 08:00 to 23:00, and you pick the exact time in the WhatsApp chat.
