What Laundry Pickup in Dubai Really Costs

Laundry pickup pricing sounds complicated until you reduce it to three numbers: the price of the cleaning itself, the pickup fee, and any speed surcharge. Our cleaning prices are on the price list — wash and fold is AED 8 per kg, a kandura is AED 15, an abaya AED 18. The pickup fee is AED 10, and it disappears completely once your order reaches AED 50. The only speed surcharge is same-day express at 50 AED, available when we collect before 12:00.

Example one: a single person sends a 4 kg bag of everyday clothes. That is 4 × AED 8 = AED 32 for the wash, plus AED 10 pickup and delivery — AED 42 total, back in 24 hours.

Example two: a family sends 8 kg of clothes plus bedding. That is 8 × AED 8 = AED 64, which is over AED 50, so pickup and delivery is free — AED 64 total. The larger the order, the more the free pickup matters, which is why it often makes sense to collect the household's laundry into one order instead of two small ones.

Three things change the number. First, express: if you need same-day return and we collect before 12:00, add 50 AED. Second, per-piece items: dry cleaning, kanduras, abayas and suits are priced per piece, not per kg. Third, items priced by size: curtains are AED 10–15 per square metre and carpets AED 29 per square metre, measured at pickup so you confirm the total before cleaning starts.

Nothing else is added. There are no subscription tiers, no minimum monthly spend and no hidden service fee — the price list plus the pickup rule is the whole calculation.

Message us on WhatsApp any day between 08:00 and 23:00, tell us roughly what you have, and choose a pickup time that suits you. We weigh wash-and-fold bags at the shop and confirm the exact total before cleaning starts, so the number you approved is the number you pay. Payment and delivery time are settled on the same chat — no app, no account, no card stored anywhere.
